- This facility is offered for the purpose of FUN and to take advantage of all the recreational options the Vail area has to
offer.
- In order for our present and future guests to enjoy this remarkable area we ask that GREAT CARE be exercised with regard to our neighbors rights to quiet enjoyment of and access to their property.
- Loud and unruly behavior by guests of any age will not be tolerated. Complaints by neighbors will be dealt with swiftly and may result in eviction and forfeiture of rent and security deposits.
- Parking is only available in the single space car port adjacent to the garage and parallel parking across from our garage along the wall of pines. It is possible to put 2 cars in the car port if you pull the 1st car all the way up as close to the condo as possible. Blocking other garages, drives and walkways to other units may result in fines, towing or both. Any parking charges levied to the condo during your stay will be charged against your security deposit plus costs.
- Do not remove items from condo for off premise use or for any other reason. Condo staff inventories facility after each use. Missing or damaged items will be charged against your security deposit plus costs.
- Please remove footwear in entryway prior to entering the condo. This measure greatly reduces wear on the facility and ensures a cleaner place to visit for all our guests. Condo staff will charge additional fees for excess dirt tracked through facility. Additional fees, if incurred, will be charged against your security deposit plus costs.
- Dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils used during your stay are to be appropriately cleaned after use. An automatic dish washer is provided for your convenience. Condo staff are not contracted to do dishes but are trained to inspect dishes and cooking materials for incoming guests. Proper cleaning of these items by condo staff may result in additional expenses charged against your security deposit plus costs.
- Leftovers and other perishable food stuffs must be removed from the fridge and facility at end of stay. Condo staff are not contracted to pick through your old food. Failure to clean out these items may result in additional expenses charged against your security deposit plus costs.
- Pets: As pet owners ourselves we understand that your pets are more than just cute animal playmates, they are cherished members of your family. With that in mind we discourage guests from bringing their four legged companions to the condo. The vast recreational options in the area tend to keep us away from the condo far too long to properly care for our furry loved ones. If you are traveling with your pet we request that you find alternate accommodations for your pet where he or she can receive the care they deserve. If requested we will attempt to put you in touch with local vets or boarding facilities that may help you find appropriate local lodging for your best friend.
- The condo is offered as a NON SMOKING rental. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of the buts and other burnt waste safely and with consideration for your neighbors.
- All rooms are made up with proper bedding on each bed for the exception on the 2 full sized futons in the bunk room and the pull out couch in the living room. Bedding for these beds are in their respective closets and labeled in plastic zip bags.
- At the end of you stay we ask that you leave your bedding on the bed so that cleaning personnel are able to return the proper bedding to the correct bed.
- Towels are located in the linen closet and we ask that you limit your towels to 2 bath towel per person. If you use more than that we ask you launder your own towels.
- When taking off for the slopes and at the end of you stay we ask that you turn the thermostat down to 55 degrees. The condo has passive solar panels and the unit over heats during the day when the thermostat is left on.
